Failure to return the original diamond certificate (when applicable) will void your return. All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, setting (certified diamonds that are purchased loose can't be set in a setting and returned) or resizing (by a jeweler other than BijouxEclore) that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account. The exchange of an item does not extend the original return policy; the replacement item must be returned within 14 days from the original purchase. Once an order begins processing, it can be canceled within 1 business day. After that time, an order can not be canceled but may be returned within your 14 day return exchange. Custom items such as custom rings, custom jewelry or any other special order cannot be returned or canceled. Additionally, design deposits, custom head fees, customization fees and engraving fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.
