Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account. The exchange of an item does not extend the original return policy; the replacement item must be returned within 14 days from the original purchase. Once an order begins processing, it can be canceled within 1 business day. After that time, an order can not be canceled but may be returned within your 14 day return exchange. Custom items such as custom rings, custom jewelry or any other special order cannot be returned or canceled.
